Yeah Perth drivers cant merge. All too often when trying to get on the freeway, you pick a spot between two cars next to you to merge into, then the fcuker in the car behind speeds up untill he's right beside you closing the gap, leaving you with no option but to brake and try merging behind him. Now you had to slow down to let him pass, and all the cars behind have to break too, and that's why the freeway is a parking lot in peak hours. I've had a truck do that to me once and run me off the road into the emergency lane.

I bet that falcon wasn't even modified.

What you two have just said is all the reasons I used to drive bunky shitters with massive driving lights on the front of em.

Need to merge? Get aggressive, everyone gets out of your ******* way, especially Joe Buisnessman in his brand new $70,000 wankfactormobile when he sees a $70 pulsar with dents and spotlights all over the front bumper and A-pillars coming up next to him, followed by a cloud of burnt oil. The only people who contend are people in bunky 40-60 series land cruisers, but even newer land cruisers will give way.

Morons in the right lane? Those high beams and driving lights are there for three reasons, informing people of Multinova revenue cameras, blinding kangaroos and blinding bad drivers. Flash em until they **** off.

In W.A. there are actually "keep left unless overtaking" signs every now and then, yet people still ignore them.

I've been stuck going up a a hill in the rain in the zed, queue of about 7 cars between me and the Camry in front going 50 up the 80km road, gets to the only overtaking lane and sits on BOTH lanes before moving to the right lane! (right as in offside, not correct) Eventually everyone got past, simply because Camry driver was going so bloody slow. When it was the zeds turn to overtake I nailed it, lost traction and crabbed alongside them blipping the throttle, once I got past them I floored it for a second, when I backed off the car let out a gigantic backfire.

That just produced the funniest mental image of some snobby businessman seeing that coming in his rear-view

Here's a photo of it before I stuck driving lights on it. (it was actually this trip that made me decide I wanted driving lights on it, the headlights were the best I've ever had in a car but I'm a bit of a stupidly bright headlight nut)

Imagine that, with two 120mm round driving lights on each A pillar above the mirrors and (90mm?) square ones on the front bumper.

It has been interesting reading these posts, there is one intersection in Stafford Brisbane that I swear is the worst intersection in the world and if anyone knows the mall in Stafford with the Mc'donalds then they will agree with me. The people that have to give way don't even know there is a give way sign there, so if I come out of maccas especially on a Saturday with heaps of traffic I enjoy nearly crashing into people that have to give way but don't see me coming, because they don't even look to the direction they have to give way to, then toot at them and make them feel guilty as hell for cutting me off :D . I'll take a video of it just for fun hopefully this weekend.

Haha and a cup of water and rice in the cup holder? Haha gotta love initial D! Shame there's no zeds in it though. Not that it makes a great drift car, but still. Neither does an rx7 FC...
